No inserts if you use a hardshell case on your Mac

If you use a hardshell case on your MacBook Pro this won't work for you. The largest one is a tight fit on my 2021 MacBook Pro M1 without a case. Perhaps if you're using an older "wedge" style MacBook Air with a hardshell case it will work. Returned for this reason and still using my older wooden Twelve South BookArc

It does what it's advertised for, but I don't think it was worth the money. One can probably 3D print for much less.
