Every episode you watched when you were young is beautifully mastered. It is like seeing them for the first time. What a treat, seeing Eye of the Beholder in Blu-ray quality. The episodes are as relevant today as they were when they first aired. Great treat for the whole family.

my mom's favorite is willoughby while mine is the old man and the dog who die while coon hunting thanksgiving and christmas binge watch, here I come.

I understand they used the original 35mm films to digitize this HD version. The video is crisp and the sound is clear. It is a real joy to see the old classics (Night of the Meek, To Serve Man, etc.) with HD clarity. I have seen no artifacts or blurring in any of the episodes I have watched thus far. The blu ray transfer has successfully captured all of the highs and lows of the black and white video. The pricing on this is excellent for the entire series on blu ray. I highly recommend it to any true Twilight Zone fan.

The set could have been packaged better, but contains all 156 episodes, 5 years in order. While not remastered, picture quality is very good, sound is decent, and the episodes are apparently complete and not cut from a syndicated re-issue. In addition, rare little bits of extras, like the seldom seen 'next week' announcements by Serling, and some vintage PSA spots. The Blue ray edition only has bonus material, and while not a ton of bonuses, there is some good stuff here, including plays Serling wrote for other shows along a Twilight Zone theme, interviews, TV clips, and so on. Good value for the price, too, and the series has so many stars you'll plotz trying to remember them all. I've had it a week and am still wading through it! Recommended.

While I have never been an active broadcasted television viewer, The Twilight Zone nevertheless remains my favorite program of all-time and has gotten many upon many views over the years. Instead of going over the content of the show itself, I'd rather use this review as an opportunity to briefly highlight this particular blu-ray release instead. The picture quality here is excellent and the show has truly never looked better; the extra features are plentiful and even include the show's "pilot" episode if you will which is a nice bonus for life-long fans of the series. In short, this is the quintessential set of The Twilight Zone that will take you to the fifth dimension and beyond ...

Great collection, and in almost all cases, the quality is good enough. while not remastered, the picture is quite acceptable. Not every episode is a gem, but many are, and they run the gamut of emotions. Everybody has their favorites! It's an old show so special effects are weak, but who cares! TONS of big names, famous names of the past, and soon to be stars are all over this. The bonus material on the BR is really nice, though quality can get a bit weak on the bonus stuff. And apparently only the BR has the bonus.Recommended. Includes wraps and intros and closings I have never seen. Packaging is weak, but so what.

I have waited for years to see the entire Twilight Zone series come available in Blue Ray. There is no disappointment. I need closed captions, so often left out of newer reproductions like this, and it has it. And all the series in order. I have watched most of season 1 and it is great. Everything but the commercials. And the price is right.

This complete blue ray version of the Complete Twilight Zone set is a great value compared to the 5 single sets that came out a few years ago. Now you get everything in 1 giant package loaded with many extras and commentary on most of the episodes. THey have all been brought back to their original length in outstanding quality . For me this replaces the original 45 disc dvd sets that came out in the late 80's.

Good: superb hi-def transfer as advertised. Some of the extras are fun; especially a couple of Non-TZ TV episodes written by Serling. This also has the 10 or so episodes that were missing from the original 5 dvd box sets. Not as good: The packaging is a bit frightening. It's a series of plastic 2 disc trays in one box. If tight, it is very easy to break a disc getting it out; if not tight the discs tend to fall out. I was warned about this before purchase; I have heard that some people are putting the discs in generic dvd cases to avoid breakage.

Very nice set. The image quality is excellent considering the original film elements are nearing 60 years old. No need to critique the programming itself, because we all know the "Twilight Zone" I give it a five star rating, but the packaging only deserves 3 stars, because it is extremely difficult to remove the discs. Can't believe quality control let this get through on such an important set.

During my college year as part of an elective class I came across this series. Each episode is different, creative mind in this videos amazes me even now. Any one who want to write a new story or create something great should learn from this. Hats off to the great minds behind this creation. Hope I will get to introduce this to next generation. Must BUY to personal collection.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

The video is extremely sharp for a 50 plus year old series. Whether you are an old fan or have recently discovered TWZ, this classic series is a delight. The stories and themes hold up really well. One of the best things ever presented on television, you can own the whole thing for a very small cost.

Twilight Zone is one of my all-time favorites and this set didn't disappoint! The picture quality is amazing and I can't wait to watch every episode in the set. My on downside is the packaging. Its secure and all, but with the larger form factor it looks out of place with the rest of my blurays, but not a big deal.
