Item showed up missing a huge key piece. I contacted customer service for TwinStar and they told me they didn’t have the part to send me and that I would need to contact Best Buy. On the phone with Best Buy waiting for nearly 2 hrs and they basically told me I needed to return it to the store and they’d send me a new one. What ended up happening was they sent me a new TV stand to get this part. I was told they would take the old one. UPS refused to do that. I ended up having to take the other stand (after putting together the original stand now that I had the missing part) back to Best Buy. Not ideal and I feel both companies could’ve worked to get only that one part sent to me! I felt awful poor UPS had to deliver that stand TWICE up a hill to my house!! Horrible situation for all that could’ve been avoided if people were willing to do their job! Once at my local Best Buy store they took care of returning it…but so frustrating! The actual stand itself is nice but definitely takes time to put together. You’ll need 2 people to get this together and it’ll take you about at least an hour to 2 hours to put together.

I have a mounted 75” TV and needed somthing that would fit well underneath it, this worked great! If you have a ton of game consoles or theatre equipment like me this holds it all. Sleak and modern design too!
