This tea is INCREDIBLY strong and only tastes of ginger, there is no lemon flavor. Every sip tasted like biting into a piece of fresh ginger. I love ginger but it was way too much; I had to dilute it quite a bit. I'd recommend running it through the Keurig on the 4oz setting, and then taking the pod out and adding just hot water from the Keurig to add 8oz more. You might want to run just hot water through it one more time before you make anything else, cause the ginger flavor lingered as well and made the next cup of coffee taste of ginger too.
Still giving it 4 stars cause with adjustments, it works, and I do kind of feel like it'll cure whatever ails you.
