Got the tree home, set it up and everything worked great, app is decent and allows a ton of options for color choices and effects. Let the tree run, untouched for a few hours, came back downstairs to look at it and the top two sections were not working, only the bottom section was working. I checked all the connections, and everything was good. Still waiting for some feedback from tech support but I read reviews on another sellers page and this seems to be a common problem

Got the tree set up for a few days now and haven't had issues. The one thing that I had a problem with was that I have the tree set up next to some of the twinkly icicles. Everything syncs up nice and easy but the tree produces a warm white led and the icicles and strings produce a cool white led so any effect that uses white looks different on the tree.

This tree is the best tree ever! It’s not only perfect and you can customize it however you want with whatever style but is truly a beautiful tree and everything is controlled right from your phone. I would definitely recommend this tree.

Out of the box and all set up, the tree looks great and works great. Looks amazing and the lights have the whole block in aww…. But…. Hours later the tree stopped connecting to app and didn’t respond. After support said to reset tree it has never worked since last year 2021. Now here’s the big problem, support is no help and doesn’t know how to fix this issue but once you try to set up your tree again and connect your Wi-Fi, it will not connect to Wi-Fi and cannot find your local network BECAUSE it somehow deletes your entire Wi-Fi connection to non existent. Every time!!!! EVERY TIME I have tried to do a set up it happens. Avoid the headaches and poor customer support. The tree now stays in demo mode and doesn’t change color patterns. Their company is located out of Italy so good luck with any warranty

This is a nice tree, the lights are already on it, and the set up was very easy with the Twinkly App. I cannot believe all the different light patterns I can choose from the App. I might leave my tree up all year! I added the Music Dongle after I bought the tree and it is fun too!
