Can only use it on the website not through the App. Can log on to website via Safari, Chrome, etc. Gift cards are useful when buying bits as the cost will be less in cost compared to buying tokens through the App. Tax is included on website. If your option is having a continuous subscription to a Channel Streamer, then this is the best Option. If you want to subscribe for the month of your choice, then choose the App. Note: Cost of token is $1.00 more than the website to subscribe to a streamer. Bits cost more through the App and your receive less of it.

This is all just a racket to get you to buy extra stuff, and it's working as intended, because I bought a gift card so I can watch people die and get mad in Elden Ring uninterrupted. Bravo.

If you use the phone app, you'll have to go into twitch account through your phone browser to add gift card to account. Seriously why can't all gift cards be as convenient as Amazon's
