It heats fast and does what's promised. I think it's designed to be used on very thick hair. Mine is not thick, but it still works and takes no time to straighten my hair, and it definitely looks slick!

You have to learn to pull your hair outward in sections and run this brush through it. Its a easy technique you will get the hang of very fast. I just wish they put a lock on the heating buttons, so you don’t accidentally push when using on your hair because I turned off a couple if times. I think it straightens better than a flat iron once you figure out the best way to use for your hair.

I had done extensive research on more expensive products, but since I had never owned a heated multi hair tool, I wanted to try a less expensive option. It works well for my long straightish hair. It heats up very quickly, and adds volume as it straightens. I am not sure how long the product will last, but I enjoy using it.

I do one pass through my hair and it's pretty straight. Most flat irons take 5-10 passes to make my hair straight. I do wish the bristles were a little longer since my hair is pretty curly and thick.

So easy and comfortable to use.the Only thing I don’t like can’t use any products prior. I like to use argan oil to protect my hair while drying. If you do it will leave dry remnants of product behind and it’s hard to remove.
