Good product but I would prefer to see my exam results prior to sending to PCP.

I would highly recommend this if you have kids. I am pretty satisfied with the results and especially how it can send the test results to your doctor.

I am an employee of Best Buy and was a participant in a TytoCare employee trial. I remember thinking I’d have tons of time to “play around” with the exam kit before I needed to meet with a doctor. Instead, of the first day that I brought it home, my two-year daughter had an ear infection. Being 100% honest, I was nervous and thought it would be hard to use. But I was completely wrong! The exam was easy to complete, and within minutes I had a diagnosis and prescription. When I’ve gone to urgent care with my daughter in the past, I always feel rushed by the doctor. So, when I got my diagnosis through TytoCare, I expected the same. But instead the doctor took time to talk through some home remedies that might make her more comfortable, and we talked about her history with ear infections. Even better, the doctor recapped the full conversation in the appointment notes, which I can review in the TytoCare app at any time. Aside from the convenience and the quality of service, there’s another benefit I never expected. My daughter associates going to the doctor with getting shots, so the second we step into the office she starts to cry and doesn’t stop until we leave. She’s not a crier, and it’s heartbreaking. But with Tytocare, she’s at home with mom and dad, so all the fear is gone. At the completion of the trial, I opted to keep TytoCare. This winter alone we’ve used it to diagnose two respiratory infections, a rash, and another ear infection. That’s five trips to the doctor/urgent care we didn’t have to make. I’m never going back!!

This product is AMAZING. TytoHome allows me to perform a quality medical exam from the comfort of my home. Can't believe this product didn't exist before. I believe this will become a household staple. Allows you to connect with a doctor virtually and share RELIABLE exam results. No need to rush to the doctor for an earache or sore throat. This device can do it all. It is amazing how many adapter it supports - otoscope for looking into the ears, stethoscope for heart, lung, and gastro sounds, camera for viewing the throat and skin, and thermometer!!!! It's UNBELIEVABLE. I recommend for everyone.

I am an employee of Best Buy and was a participant in a TytoCare employee trial. I have used the TytoCare exam kit only once, but I loved it! I have 3 young kids and don't want to spend time in a waiting room to see doctors at urgent care. When my son had a skin rash, I used the TytoCare camera to show the medical provider his skin. I did the exam from my kitchen table and within 10 minutes had a diagnosis and prescription sent to my pharmacy. And guess what? I didn't have to bring all 3 kids to urgent care! It was so great! I also like that I can take temperature by holding it near my child's forehead without touching him, so I can check his temperature while he's sleeping. The only drawback of this exam kit is that it doesn't enable diagnostic tests to be completed (e.g., throat swab, urine/blood sample). That would be a nice addition. But, it's still so convenient!

TytoCare changed my impression of telemedicine. Previously, I was skeptical of being diagnosed and medicated without a physical check up, so I'd always take the time (and trouble) to get out to an urgent care if I had a health issue. Purchased TytoCare on the recommendation of a friend -- the device was easier to set up than a new smartphone, and I was able to send my husband's lung sounds, temperature and throat video to a physician within minutes when disaster struck a few days later. It was a tremendous health saver and time saver and a very worthwhile investment. It's like buying insurance -- but you're insuring your time.

Have always been skeptical of "telehealth" due to the limitations of what can be conducted via the phone/video, however, TytoHome literally brings the physical exam into the home. Doctors can seamlessly listen to your heart/lungs, have a visual of your throat/ear/skin, and get a real-time temperature reading. I was able to get a prescription to my local pharmacy to address my flu-like symptoms after a 10 minute exam with a physician! I can't wait to see where this healthcare in the home model goes, but I LOVE it - no more waiting rooms please.

Best thing I have purchased in a while from Best Buy! With COVID going around the last thing I want to do is go into a Doctors office with my little one let alone the ER! I was able to connect and see a pediatrician within a few minutes! She was able to look into my daughters ear! Listen to her heart and listen to her breathing all from the comfort of my living room! Definitely worth every penny!

I’m a Best Buy employee and part of our Health team. I’ve tried virtual doctor visits before but was always a little disappointed... they couldn’t take my temp, the camera on my phone couldn’t get a good picture of my throat or ears... unless you had something simple like pink eye, it was almost guaranteed you were going into the doctor after your virtual visit... So when I first saw TytoCare I knew it would be a game changer. After using it, my expectations were exceeded! This device is simple to use, intuitive, and the physicians are fantastic! I have two young children and have spent SO many hours in waiting rooms (plus the hassle of packing them up and getting to the dr)... now, we just fire up the TytoCare and in 15/20 min we have a prescription or a plan of attack. Best part- my kids love it! They think it’s so cool to talk to the Dr using the app (even when they’re sick!). When we first received the device, we weren’t sure how often we’d use it, but in the last 5 months we’ve racked up 6 visits - as an added benefit virtual visits are cheaper with our insurance than trips to urgent care or the emergency room... so on top of the convenience, it’s saving me money. No more going to the doctor, the doctor comes to us!

My mother bought it as a present to us. I didn't believe it will work, until my son has a fever for 2 days and I didn't manage to schedule an appointment to the next day. I used Tytocare and it was amazing!!!!! It was late in the evening, at home and so easy!!! The doctor that I was connected to, was so professional. With Tyto he diagnosed Acute bronchitis. send prescription to the nearest open pharmacy, so we can started treatment right away. It was such a relief. Highly recommended !!

As an employee of Best Buy, I was able to participate in an employee trial. The device was easy to setup and the app was user-friendly enough to get started with an medical exam right out of the box. Not having to get my sick kids in clothes, into the car, drive and wait in line at an urgent care or doctor’s office to be diagnosed is a life saver. You simply open the app and click a button, have TytoCare ready in front of you, and within minutes you are talking to a live medical provider via video chat, and your exam is underway. There are obvious things that cannot be treated, such as strep, but for the common household maladies, there is nothing easier and faster. The exam takes only a few minutes, and any prescription is sent wherever you choose. TytoCare is great

This is such a convenient product! I requested a visit for my 14 month old and within 15 minutes I was connected with a Sanford Health provider. She was very patient, thorough, and gave detailed instructions throughout the exam. I was impressed with the quality of the video on the TytoCare device. Even with a sick, irritable, less than cooperative 1 year old, I was able to complete the visit and felt confident with the outcome. The entire process took less than a half hour. This is a huge time savings compared to a traditional clinic visit and I didn't have to leave home! Overall, very pleased with my experience.

I consider myself very lucky because TytoCare gifted me this device. Here’s my honest review of my experience so far. I'm also lucky that no one in my family has become sick (knock on wood) in the last six weeks. That said, I've set up the system and my account, and wow - I can see how this could make a HUGE difference for me and other people nationwide. A few comments: - Set up was a breeze and - in fact - I did it with my 6 yr old son - Tutorials were very helpful. My son was a willing participant and he had a very pleasant experience as we tested the different attachments - The stethoscope worked amazingly well - in fact, it was so sensitive, I found that it worked best barely touching his chest We're a very active family and are often camping or otherwise away from quick or easy Urgent Care, so we're now packing the kit into our gear. The peace of mind alone is worth its weight in gold. Thanks TytoCare!

TytoCare is a client and gifted me this device. Here’s my honest review. The software is very easy to use and thorough. I like the fact that it can be relied on to perform each task without being overly complicated. The fact that it's lightweight, compact, and portable means that it can go anywhere with us. I must say - being a new mom of a 4.5-month-old daughter has its joys and of course the ragging anxiety when I think my child is sick. I was able to test this product out after receiving it as a gift. My anxiety level was at its max when my daughter would not stop crying no matter what I did and she even felt slightly warm. It was late in the afternoon so decided to try the device. The setting up of the product and enabling the app on my phone was 123. I was able to communicate with a physician who guided me through the process of what he needed in order to diagnose the situation. My overall experience using this product was amazing and I will continue to use.
