A great, simple charger. One of pads in this 2-pack malfunctioned and I contacted the manufacturer. They replaced with another 2-pack and the newer model. Can't complain about that. No other issues, a great charger!

Works as good if not better then name brand that cost double the price. it's not as sensitive where your phone is placed as the name brand one is. Originally bought for my son's phone and I've ended up using it as much if not more for my phone "Samsung Note 10" and also use it for my earbuds "Samsung Galaxy buds" and my two Samsung Galaxy watches and also my samsung frontier S3 watch, and wait for it... my Bose earbuds and Master & Dynamic's earbuds... what can I say I love music, but my Bose quit comfort I still had to use a cord, all in all I'd recommend buying this wireless charger, everything I've ever bought Tzumi brand has been good and lasted. I look at the Tzumi brand and a step up for non brand products, not for sure if same company that makes Ducati products. would love to find out.

Does not charge. I have put it in different ways very dissatisfied.

These work only with devices designed to work with them. I like them because they eliminate inserting and removing a cable from the phone for charging. The pad comes with a warning not to charge for over 7 hours, as that could over-charge the battery. That means one should not use if accustomed to a full 8 hours sleep — theoretically. I wonder about this, though, because the pad has a small light that indicates the device is being charged (and the device is warm to the touch), but by morning the light is off, and the phone is at room temperature. The box we bought contained two charging pads and two cables (not lightening, so they fit the pad but not the iPhone, and no charger. You’ll need to use an existing charger with a USB connector. Four stars instead of 5 because of the instructions being inconsistent with what I observe happening.

It’s not a fast charge if that’s what you want for this great priced double pack, but it works great for when your done for the day and it’s time to charge. I have one for home and one for work. I’m happy with this product. Remember it’s a 5wtt.

It looks nice and charges fine. But it isn't very fast and the phone had to be set just right or it won't charge. Good to keep in places I wouldn't normally charge my phone but she at occasionally like best computer or sofa.

Super lightweight which probably isn’t that big a deal, it just feels cheap. Got to make sure your phone is NOT TOUCHED, moved, breathed on to ensure a proper charge. We could only get it to charge if there is a silicon/rubber case not leather or with the RFID tech.

Much easier to charge than using the cable. It sometimes take a bit of positioning to get it to start charging.

Charges quickly (within 1 hr). Very easy to use. One drawback, can only be used with a laptop or desktop computer.

this is a good budget wireless charger you get two in the box. The only down side is that I charges the phone pretty slow. Work for my needs. I charge my phone in the office so it works for my needs

I like the ease and convenience of just setting the phone on the pad and having it charge. I've never used another pad charger so I don't know how to compare the speed of charging to others. But two for this price is a good deal in my opinion.

At first I hated this unit... both me and my wife had constant problems getting our phones placed “just right” and the charge pad seemed REALLY picky about placement. Then we moved and while I was re-setting-them-up, I used a 10w iPad charger on each instead of the 5w iPhone charger we had been using... and voila! With the higher powered *charger* connected to the pad, we can now pretty much just lay our phones on it without caring about orientation and they start charging... no more fussy placement. I’m capping the review at 3 stars, though, because the LEDs on it are VERY bright and annoying when used on a bedside table.

Cheap and at least 1 was working great. Super easy to use. Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 pads would just stop working after a few minutes of charging an iPhone. I had to return both of them. :(

I wanted a way to use my existing charging cables to charge my new Galaxy S9. They work but don't always detect the phone being added or removed. When adding, the light sometimes just starts blinking between red and green. I have to remove the phone and tap it to get it to turn solid red so I can put the phone on it again to charge. When removing, it doesn't always turn red, I can hear a squealing from it. A rough tap in the center usually fixes it but sometimes I have to unplug and plug it back in for the light to turn red again. I wouldn't consider this a reliable product...but it does work, its just flaky.

Decent charger but takes time and cant have a case

This product works great with my iPhone 11S. The indicator light lets you know if it is sitting correctly. I have a car magnet on the back that sometimes interferes with the charging. when I take it off Everything works great.

This is an awesome wireless charger. The only thing that I wish is that it would charge my iPhone faster. It’s a lot slower when it comes to charging and sometimes you have to really adjust the phone to make sure it charges. But other than that, it’s an awesome charger.

Just all right. Phone and iPods need to be perfectly placed to work but for the price worth it.

It charges my phone well, but it has to be within a certain area otherwise the light flashes and does not charge, I woke one morning with a phone not charged but once I figured it out I have not had a problem since.
