This was the most expensive one with that feature. Did not work even ONE time. I tried it without my phone case on still nothing, tried using a different cable still nothing. It seemed to be well built and would handle the size/weight of my IPhone 8+ just fine except it would not charge at all. No trouble at Best Buy returning it.

Overpriced and poor design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited about the mount as I am a Ride share driver so having a good mount is important and allows me to easily navigate between trips and access my phone screen with minimal distraction from the road. The mount keeps falling down during trips and this creates a safety issue when I'm driving. Definitely not what the manufacturer promised on the packaging. Don't waste your money on this item.

You will have to constantly adjust the holder. All in all not a good design but I have yet to find one that is for AC vent installations
