    Seems like a great product...charge two things at once USB and USB-C. But it only lasted two days. Now if I plug a usb in, the usb c port doesn’t work. If I use the usb c port, the usb doesn’t work. As I looked through the reviews this seems to be a common issue. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

    I bought this to pair with my iPhone X and it worked great for a while. A week ago the standard USB port on it stopped working and I contacted customer support and they had sent out a replacement within a day (fastest customer support ever). After just 2 days the USB-C port on the replacement stopped working. Disclaimer: I live in a dry area where static electricity is very bad, it’s possible this is why both have stopped working however I find that doubtful.
