let me first start by saying this is a great purchase. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the debris that it picked up. My only issue with this product is I cannot get it to connect to the Internet it requires 2.4 G and I’m not sure how to get that connected but other than that it’s a great product and for the price compared to the other brands you can’t beat it. If anybody has any clue on how to help me connect this to the Internet please advise.

Got this as a christmas present, had it two weeks and quit working. Would spin in circles and drive backwards and then turn off. Contacted customer support and tried to find insight on how to fix this problem and was denied any support to fix the actual issue with the unit. I asked for a replacement since they could not provide help to fixing their defectice product and they refused since i did not have proof of purchase as it was a christmas present. As a business owner myself i always stand behind my product and always want the customer to be happy and they sure did not care to stand behind their product and make things right. Buy another product, do not support this brand.

Great little robovac. It is the 4th robovac have purchased recently. Our house is good sized with different floorings upstairs and downstairs, so I bought a bunch. The ionvac is my new favorite because it is light, zippy, fairly quiet, and does a great job of picking up very fine dirt. It has no trouble negotiating the area rugs on bare floors and is small enough to get under most of the furniture and chairs.

I bought this to use upstairs to pick up cat litter that falls off their feet. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for the upstairs vacuum since we don’t go up there much and have an expensive smart vac for downstairs. I was very surprised at how well it does. It gets stuck less than my $400 vac! It picks up well and responds well to the app. I liked it so much I bought my grandparents one as well and they love it. It is really nice that it can be operated with a remote and not just the app which works well for my grandmother.

Works great. But with dog hair you have to untangle the hair from the roller each time. But we have a golden retriever. Better price than most.

Bumps into furniture and tangles cords. Seems well made Not difficult to set up But I still wouldn't recommend it

Its easy to maintain and clean, and does an excellent job on my hard floors. Keeps all the pet hair up. You wouldn't even know I have a lomg hair cat. Battery life is excellent. Remote control is convenient but you can also use the app. Love it!! But keep an eye on it when it's running. It likes wires and anything else that will wrap around the roller brush or the side brushes. And if something manages to wrap around a side brush enough to stop it from spinning you might strip the gears in the module. I have not been able to find replacement parts for this.
