Brought the charger last march 4,2017. Charged it 3 times and now quit charging.. send message to company but no response yet .

Too heavy, too big. Body gets hot easily. Not worth your money

The product takes very long to charge up and its very heavy. It charges slower than my other devices. When charging it up it stops after a couple hours and you need to plug it back in. It works but I don't recommend this product. I feel it should perform much better for the price paid. I purchase two less expensive chargers for my kids and they work much better.

I took it out of the box and despite the claim that it comes pre-charged, I charged it, and charged it, and charged it....for a total of 16 hours, and it only got to 50 percent charge. Piece of junk. I will never purchase Tzumi again. The manufacturer took no responsibility and told me that if I wanted to go through them, I’d have to ship it back at my expense. Very bulky and heavy, as well.

The price was awesome...but it did not work well. I would have to plug and unplug the cable several times for it to work.

The device seemed to charge my phone exceptionally fast... the only problem, once the factory charge it came with ran out of power, I have yet been able to recharge it.... I would not suggest this product for anyone...

I bought this as a power supply for my phone when I'm backpacking because it said it would charge 11 times. It will barely charge once. It is also very heavy. Not a good quality for a backpacker. I would not recommend it.

It definitely weighs a pound! I can't easily carry it with me on the go. It doesn't charge rapidly. I did not like it & barely use it.

Although it charged an iphone 6 once. Afterwards it did not work. Power buttom dos not turn on. When a device to charge is linked, it does not charge. Worst thing is that I have been trying to get a replacement: surprise although I bought it in a Best Buy in Puerto Rico, they will not ship a replacement to the Island. So even if a send it to them (paying shipping), they will not send me the repaired / replacement back.

This may be a good battery, but it does not allow pass through charging. You are not able to plug a device into the charger, and charge that device while the battery backup is charging. I have a mophie powerstation that allows me to charge my phone while the battery is charging. This is good if you forget to charge the battery, and run it down during the day. If that happens, just plug the battery up to charge, plug the phone into it, and both will charge overnight and be ready to go the next day.

The charger is big and bulky. It charges slow. And broke within a month. I would not recommend.

I bought three of these for a month now and two of them could not hold the charges ... I was able to return one of them before the 15 days ... but now I'm stuck with the other two... charged for 24 hr but only half full and never get full... Each one cost about $54 after tax so it is un acceptable if they only last within a month ... DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Now I'm loosing trust to Best Buy store as well as they could carry such cheap items for such a expensive price!!!!

It's too big and heavy for me. So., I did return this item.

I bought it. Used it a few times. I dropped it carpet floor at airport. And it has not worked since. I would never buy this product again. The sales rep from Best Buy was amazing!

Bought this to charge my phone but didnt work tried it on several different phones phones and tablets but it never worked and the charging cord is much too short

First of all, it didn't come with a cable to charge it. I happened to have one. I was able to charge it once, but it wont charge 100% anymore. It's just a paper weight and less then a month old. Only got 1 complete charge out of it. If I still had the box it came it, I would bring it back.

it doesn't work any more :( I bought it 2017 and used it few times. It really never charged properly or charged my devices properly but I didn't care until I really needed it. 2020 I neede it and it didn't work my more. Oh well.

Got this for my fiancee in May of 2018 and it worked great for a few months, but it hasn't charged or held a charge in a very long time. It's just sitting there wasting space on the counter, pretty decent paperweight though I guess.

I was excited to get this item, being 20,000 mAh. I've used it less than 4 times, and already the ports do not work. I would think that for a $50 item it would hold out for a while longer than 4 uses. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the ports.
