Break easily when plugging in or unplugging. Not very solid

The unit is good, but the charging cable sucks! This allowed us to keep multiple devices charged every time we go on vacation. Worth the money....that's "if" you can get it to charge. Buy another cable for sure!

Definitely didn't hold up to what was advertised. Bought this on sale and it charged my phone once and died after I had fully charged it per the instructions. Wouldn't recommend .

The charger holds the amount which is indicated however it takes extremely long to charger my phone and tablet. If you need to charge your devices leave it plugged on overnight or when your not actually using it. The charger is durable but the speed is unacceptable.

It’s heavier than I thought it should be. I didn’t use this as frequently as I did my Insigna portable Charger that is comparable to this T . It worked fine for probably the first 20 uses then it seemed like there was a short in charging cord - like work then not then work constantly but after trying different cords even a brand new Apple cord... it’s yhe battery itself that seems to have an issue giving charge. I’ve only had it for about 15mths . My other one I’ve had for at least 3 yrs almost using it daily.

Too big to carry around...ordered it online so didn't have a sense of size and weight.

I loved the product while it worked. It charged my devices fast and the 2 ports were nice. The unfortunate part is that both the USB ports broke when I wasn't even using it. I travel for work so they do sit in my backpack. After about a week one of the ports broke. I still used the one good port. After one plane flight the 2nd port broke. I'm now working with the manufacturer to get a replacement.

With such a huge mAh power supply. The device does take some time to fully charge and with it fullycharge. i dont believe its true to the mAh stated.

I charge this thing all day and it doesn't even charge completely! It does charge my phone fast but it's irritating that it doesn't charge fully.

Works well and has the ability to charge phone multiple time but once I went to recharge the pocket juice it would not charge over half way.

Charged the battery 4 times. In 5th attempt the charging port broke loose and could no longer connect the power supply to the battery to charge. This was on the 46th day of ownership. Fortunately the manufacturers warranty covered a replacement but wasn’t the same one. Overall, I am not satisfied.

Bought 2, used them a few times each over a few months. Today the plug to charge one of them broke into the brick so it can't be charged not sure what I'll do with it..

Great for charging but the on/off button doesn't work all the time. Sometimes doesn't turn on to charge electronics. Not sure I would buy this again.

the battery's power cord micro usb end does not make good charging connection with external/other devices.

It only is capable to charge my phone 4 times, that's 3 times less than promised
