Does not charge a full battery

Ok for the price

It was very cheap so for the price it was great! However... I've had similar devices that worked seamlessly across all devices. The charger comes with a small (2.5-3 inch) flat usb cord to charge and should be able to flip around to charge other devices. But this just didn't work well for me trying to charge an Android or ipod. After being fully charged & using my phones original charger, it would almost fully charge my Samsung S6.
