Works, but lacking

As a basic battery bank / charger this works fine. It will fully charge a larger device like the Samsung Note 8. The Digital read out of battery percentage is also nice. Fairly thin, and doesn't get overly hot when in use.
Things I don't like: No USB C port even though the picture on Best Buys Website shows a USB C port. This guy only has USB Type A for charging your device, and MicroUSB to charge the battery bank.
It doesn't work with the Qualcomm Wireless fast charging specification, so although it will wirelessly charge your device, it's very slow.
It won't charge smaller wireless devices like a smatwatch. Guessing its because they don't pull enough watts. It starts charging, but the bank eventually turns itself off because its not detecting enough wattage being pulled.
Overall, for the price I would just stick with normal battery banks as this is very slow and doesn't support the newest connection available.

It works but not great

This works but is not great but some of that isn't the products fault which is why I am giving it an average score of 3 stars instead of a negative rating. The biggest problem with this product is the wireless charging feature. It works but it takes forever to charge and uses a lot more battery than if it is plugged in. For the speed, that's what happens with wireless charging but this is slower than most. I have an Insignia wireless charger and it works great, especially for a store brand. It takes twice as long to charge my phone than if I plugged it in but that is expected. This wireless charging doubles that charge time on top of the already 50% charging speed. The other main issue is that the 4,000 mAh isn't very accurate in reality. If you have a phone that has a 3,600 mAh battery, you would expect that you could charge it fully from this charger but that isn't the case, even when plugged into it. If you plug into the unit, you might end up getting about 3,500 mAh from it before it runs out of power. If you use the wireless charging you may get about 1,000 mAh before it runs out of power. I was very disappointed with the performance of this but did understand some of the issues with the wireless performance before I purchased it but still expected it to be a lot better than it was. I ended up returning it and getting the Tzumi - PocketJuice 15,000 mAh charger instead. This one doesn't have the wireless feature but is almost 4 times the battery and works sooo much better and only cost $18 more. If you need the wireless charging feature I would recommend going with a much larger battery so you can at least charge your phone once completely before it dies. That would mean you need about 4 times the size of your phones battery if you want to charge wirelessly or about 1.5-2 times the size to charge it through the USB port. Personally, I like the larger battery pack with more power over the wireless feature. I don't need the wireless so having more power and getting it more efficiently is better for me.

I wish it charged fast wirelessly like my plugged in unit on the nightstand. Also, it will fully charge my iPhone 8 about 1..5 times, not twice. But it is ok. I'm a little annoyed with the adhesive that was on the sticker over the display so it looks like it is showing a number in the packaging (for marketing), because it won't come off. Used Goo-Gone and the whole display seems a little cloudy now. But this still works.

I am not real excited with the Pocket Juice. It takes a real lone time to charge my phone plus it keeps turning off. Not sending it back but not happy either.

I bought this both as a wireless charger and a travel charger for my Galaxy S9+.
The good = it charges your phone, fairly sturdy, no cord needed to charge your phone/devices
The bad = it charges the phone slowly making it almost impractical for real world use unless charging over night. The phone has to be positioned precisely otherwise you don't charge, I tried this with and without a case with the same results, so no charging by just putting the two faces together in your backback, etc. and the power bank depletes quicker than it charges my phone, about 2X to 3X faster
Conclusion = The downfalls of this charger are shared with many other wireless chargers of similar design, there are better options out there, a physically connected power bank would be better or grab a wireless power bank with fast charging, this charger is about the same dimensions as my phone but at least twice as thick, could be good for camping

This charger battery die to fast. Even at 100%, the item charges really slow. I don't like the quality of this one. Only good for emergencies only. Literally

Wireless charging is useless it takes a while to find the sweet spot to actually charge it and the wire it comes with makes charging harder and it dies really quickly

This product (and I purchased 2 of them to use with my 2 new iphones), would continue to turn off after various random charging minutes. In addition, when I purchased them, I was told it would charge through the very thin phone cases each phone has to protect it. This was not true...it would not charge at all wirelessly unless I removed the phones from their cases and then once plugged in and as mentioned above, they would not charge the phone to a full charge and would turn off randomly.

Small size is convenient for pocket or purse charging & sufficient to charge at least two exhausted phones. The accurate charge indicator takes the guesswork out of how much charge is available in the brick. Holding up well after more than 1.5 yrs.

You can plug it in or set it right on top for wireless charging. I love this thing. The only problem I had was the case on my phone was kinda thick and I had to remove it to charge it wirelessly. Love the soft exterior, won't slide on any surface.

Instead of buying just the wireless charger. This serves as powerbank plus a wireless charger. I bring it with me all the time at work and wherever I go. It charges faster with the cable but if you forget to bring the cable then this will give you juice. Not fast to charge but extends your phone when needed.
