Icemaker was picked up from the store on August 26, and installed yesterday on September 19. The unit is not making icecubes, though it turns on, has water. I have Best Buy Total, and called this morning to have someone come out and look at it. They said that the first year, onlu U-line does these repairs, and told me i had to go through them. I've emailed U-line and tried calling. With the expense of the unit and total, I think Best Buy should have organized a repair. Especially since its brand new and hasnt been used yet! Extremely disappointed.
