The Gainesville, Virginia Best Buy has great leadership in its General Management & floor employees is the best and most definitely experience in the department area they work in is the best of the Best Buy’s in northern Virginia!

Feels good in my hand because it doesn’t add bulk or weight. As for its toughness, it’s too early to tell. I hope I never need to find out. Only downside was the color choices are limited.

Protects the phone in a even of a drop I’m new to this brand so we shall see how it holds up in the long run.

It is of good quality but it is not very comfortable, I think it could be improved.

Best Buy sold me a Motorola that dropped calls and messed up the set up on the iPod mini I had to purchase 6 months later. The Motorola I bought in February 2021 was dropping calls but your sales person neglected to mention the warranty or offer a refurbished exchange. I needed a phone so I bought a new iPod mini but the set up was done so poorly and incomplete that I had to have it re-set up when I got home. Even when he said I was ready to go, I noticed there were no contacts. The self proclaimed expert then had my contacts uploaded through email so every text I sent went through email. I couldn’t complete install at home without WiFi so nothing worked. I told him I didn’t have WiFi). Also, He insisted an incompatible cord would work in my car after my repeated attempts to say I did not have USB on my car port.
