Dropped my phone face down, but saved by this case

To my amazement, there's nary a scratch thanks to the front protrusion (your mileage may vary, particularly if you drop it onto something angled or sticking out, like a rail or table edge). I'm not guaranteeing that this product will keep your phone safe while rock-climbing, cage-fighting, or stumbling through the bathroom late at night after one too many tequilas, but it looks good, it's at a good price point, and it proteccs. Get it.

My son’s phone case

Excellent Grip. Rugged Looks.

The deep, flat, textured sides makes the case sit solidly in your hand. If you have large hands, you'll appreciate this case. It's over-the-top rugged apperance actually looks good in solid black. The aluminum skeleton makes the case stiff. So, if your into swapping cases often, this is not your best choice. The case is chunky so, it will feel bulky in your pocket. As for protection, it's probably better than average but, I wouldn't trust it from the claimed 20' drop. And value, Best Buy had it on sale for a $35. Unless I truly needed it's grip, size or loved it's look, I would't pay any more for it.
