Did not get the promotional card

Tried to redeem on site but did not work. Error: Purchase outside of promotion period - Which is incorrect. Best buy support was not very supportive in finding and fixing the issue with their own system. Not worth the hassle.

Unable to claim bonus code or reach cust service

Have tried to contact their cust service for days with no reply. I would not rely on getting this code to work! Note that I bought the qualifying offer online and not in the store.
