    Once you got used to the instructions it was incredibly easy to put together. After it has been assembled, the unit is sturdy and the manufacturer includes touch up pen to clean up any nicks you may have caused during assembly. The slider only slides one direction and feels a bit flimsy. Other than that, the entertainment stand fits really well with the modern environment of my basement.

    too complicated to put together for what it is... its just compressed wood. ikea is a better deal and less of a headache

    I came across this TV stand after the birth of our first son. I was looking for a TV stand that had doors and drawers. I read a lot of other reviews on Amazon and decided to buy it, I am glad I did. First off, when the box arrived it was long, narrow and heavy. The box weighed at least 100 lbs and was a pain to get open. Once opened, there were a ton of pieces to sort through but not impossible to work through. After assembling the TV stand, I can say I was happy I picked the Black Oak finish over the mocha. The Black Oak looks great and even has a texture when viewed at an angle. It really complimented all of my gear and the metal hardware on the TV stand really pops. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a solid TV stand.
