Plastic material is not so good

Do NOT purchase online from Best Buy

The package was damaged so bad that it looked like I purchased it from a garage sale.. I called customer service to see if I could get it replaced and the reps exact word were " mam you only paid $$ for it ) I am so disappointed in the iverall experience
