Far better than other speakers in same price range. I looked everywhere I went, for a speaker for my girlfriend. I am a big fan of Bose and Klipsch, but was disappointed of the sound quality for the money I was spending. That is, until I found this little gem. You WILL NOT find a better speaker this size. The sound quality, durability, and mobility are incredible. Great purchase for others or yourself. Guaranteed to please.

I bought a pair of Ultimate Ears Boom portable Bluetooth speakers. They were the only portable Bluetooth speakers with 360 degrees of sound. It is a slight pain in the butt to get them to pair up, but if you download the UE app, they automatically will pair up each time you turn them on point forward. I wish they had a little more bass, but overall their sound is quite loud and excellent given their small size. They are very rugged and can take a fairly good beating indoors or outdoors. The price is a little steep at $200.00 per speaker. Luckily, I found them on sale and got an even bigger discount when I bought them with a Samsung 12.2 Note. All-in-all I am happy with them. You can pair a UE Boom with one of the new UE Mega Boom speakers, which are even more rugged.

This speaker is easy to set up and use. It has a lot of bass and sounds great! It's very loud and seems to be very durable so far!

Ok let me say that I have sold and installed all forms of audio for over 25 years. So I know a thing or two a bought good sound. After listening to every small blue tooth speaker out there for over 3 months this unit has the best well rounded sound out there for the money. Its simple and works flawless weather paired with my smart phone or my ipod. I have been cranking it for over a week on the first charge and its not done yet. Plus it takes up no more room than a tall boy and fills and entire room with sweet sound.

No Bluetooth speaker is perfect but this is a good one. Good volume and battery life. One thing to watch out for - there are some older models still out there (not on BB from what I see), and the battery life is inferior. Bought three of these as gifts; the two from BB were fine; the third was an older model bought elsewhere with poor battery life. Returned it and bought a newer model and what a difference.

We've had our first UE Boom for about a year now. It's great out on the patio, near the pool. We appreciate the water/weather resistance of the speaker and keep it hanging from the hook under the patio cover. It delivers great sound for it's size and the sound is fine, even when we take it indoors. We were able to get this second one when it was on sale and have them set up to deliver their sound in stereo now. Great, inexpensive (when purchased on sale), flexible set up for indoors or out.

We got this speaker for my wife to use and I was amazed at the sound and battery life. I will say that we got it on sale for $50 less then it lists at but I think I would still be happy had I paid full price. only "complaint" is more of a phone issue then the speaker. my phone allows the equalizer to be used over Bluetooth, but my wife's does not. so the sound quality is a bit less when she uses it. however this is not a issue with the speaker but still something people should be aware of before buying.

Very nice app that helps with EQ. Love that it's waterproof and tough as nails. Just a bit pricey for the speaker class though

I initially purchased the UE Boom to take around the house and to the beach. This speaker, for the price point, is one of the better sounding speakers and its pretty rugged, so hopefully should last for some time. As a matter of fact, it was so good, I decided to purchase a second one to use the Double Up feature where you can connect to two UE's and listen to them in stereo, sounds amazing and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent Bluetooth portable speaker.

This little speaker packs a big punch. Sounds great and is very convenient to take anywhere. Fits in a cup holder.

I purchased this speaker to work alongside the one I purchased for my husband last Christmas. He loves his UE Boom so much and when he heard they could be synched together to create a stereo sound, he just had to have another! The sound is even more incredible in stereo. You won't regret this purchase - it is small enough to be easily transported, yet it gives out incredible sound! Buy with confidence!!! Buying online from Best Buy was as easy as it gets!!

I originally had my eye on the Bose Soundlink II, but after comparing the two products, this one was the clear winner. You can take this bad boy to the beach, or by the pool and not worry about it getting a little splashed due to its design. It also seems louder and boom-ier than the SoundLink. Overall, great product and I have not had any issues with it. UE also puts out updates to it with new features and enhanced/custom sound profiles, so be sure to update it!

This speaker is portable, very durable, and produces great sound. Music is clear, loud, and the bass is great.

Sound quality is decent and battery life is good. Range can be an issue in some places at work or wandering too far in the yard. The loop on one end makes it easy to hang up and out of the way.
