Bought UHF as a gift for my son. It was a hit with All! Would recommend.

I got this movie for my son, but I like it also. weird al should have done more movies

This is a funny movie from the early days of weird AL. Good memories

This is just a lighthearted movie with a superficial plot but Wierd Al keeps you laughing with his film parodies

I don't think I could write a review that would be give this film justice. Whether or not you're a fan of Weird Al Yankovic, you can still watch this movie and laugh at it for hours. Made in 1989, the movie pokes fun at many movies made years before it such as "Indiana Jones", "Conan the Barbarian", and many more. And to make matters funnier, The Janitor in the movie is played by future Seinfeld star Micheal Richards. A portrayal of a man who loves his mop has never been done so well by any other man. The movie is about George Newman(Al Yankovic) who goes from job to job never finding one that he enjoys and gets fired constantly. He and his co-hort Bob(David Bowe) ease into the position of owning a cable channel that his uncle Harvey(Stanley Brock) wins in a poker game. And from there the cast of characters of unfold into this unbelievable assault of jokes. I recommend this movie to everyone. It's one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time. Go watch it now. Don't wait.

this is a great movie, its true that it doesn't have the greatest acting in the world but its funny and that's all that counts right? something that kept me entertained for a short while is the features menu if you click on a feature that is on the other side of the disk "Weird AL" will come on the screen and yell different phrases at you telling you to turn the DVD over

"UHF" is one of those movies that you watch when you could use a few laughs. It follows "Weird Al's" satirical style in that it pokes fun at and spoofs many famous films such as "Indiana Jones" and "Rambo," just to name a few. Seeing it as a kid and seeing it now, I can say that some of the humor is lost with age, but it is still one of my favorite movies. The plot is simple and comes to a predictable outcome, but I don't feel that it takes anything away from the movie.

This comedy classic from the 80's finally gets its Blu ray release, and I must say the picture looks quite good. Still makes me laugh after all these years.

Love this movie. One of my all time favs. I even remember seeing this for the first time in the theater.

Classic eighties comedy! Wish it was available at the stores for pickup!!!!

I loved 'U.H.F' as a kid, however, watching it as an adult fails to ignite a spark for the charisma I once had for the film. Still, I know this movie has a huge cult-fan base, and I'm sure this dvd is worth the buy for them.

I know of other people who like it but I didn't enjoy it much.
