Don't buy, terrible support when the speaker fails

I enjoyed the speaker for a couple of weeks before it failed. I only used it in my home, so no beach or sand issues. It just stopped turning on.
I called support and they said they would send a shipping label for me to return the speaker. That took over a week (it's a piece of paper).
3 weeks later I still don't have a speaker and Logitech tech support keeps sending me email asking if my issue has been resolved.

At first I loved this product. Then it wouldn't charge so I contacted Logitech customer care and the only solution they offered me was to purchase a new one! Why on earth would I do that???
