Great speaker ! Sound quality is good and battery lasts a long time.

When I purchased this item, I called Best Buy to verify dimensions, they told me this item was the same dimensions posted on their site, 16x7x5 or something misleading like it says on the item description. Well, when I received it, it was NOT what they had said on the phone or written on their description. I only kept it because it was a gift for my husband and I ran out of time to get something else. But the product itself isn’t the problem, Best Buy’s misleading info is. Zero,is my rating on Best Buy. I’m going to give the product 3 stars because it’s a good company that makes it.

had some initial issues getting the Device to take a charge, it said 20% charge even after charging overnight. all seems to be good now.

This is my second speaker. This one is great! Nice sound and look.

These work well but the lithium battery isn’t much good after the first year of use so purchased the extended warranty so you can exchange it.

I use it for when im working out in the garage. Its great.

We had the mega boom 1 for several years, (it was recently stolen). This one isn’t nearly as reliable. It constanty disconnects from Bluetooth on my wife’s phone, mine, and anyone else who connects to it. Every time we start the microwave or vacuum, boom, disconnected. The old one NEVER disconnected. Have reset it to factory, still the same. Would have taken it back, but I bought it for my wife as a gift before Christmas and by the time it was opened and used for a couple weeks it was too late to return it per Best Buy’s return policy. (It took us a minute to realize it was always going to disconnect). Do not buy, unless you’re a caveman and never use appliances.

This is an awesome portable speaker. The sound is phenomenal!

This speaker is wonderful and I really like the party mode that is has when you use the app.

Overall great sound and a fairly easy setup with the app. Long battery life and a rugged design. My only issue was the speakers would get 'choppy' if there was anything breaking the line of sight between the two speakers. This included people walking by. Keep in mind they were only 10 feet apart as well.

Sound quality is solid and bass is definitely boosted

Speaker goes boom boom. Music plays. Sound is heard. I like sound. I like this speaker. I'm a little worried about the white end caps getting dirty over time. I got this one on sale so i'm willing to live on the edge and take the risk. If I pass into the great beyond you'll all know why, I'd still buy it at full price though. Is good speaker.

Purchased the red one multiple(2) times, and each time the item was defective….Item would lose connection while playing, we tried a blue one the final time and it was also defective. I purchase the purple one at the same time and no problem. I ended up returning both items and sticking with the mega boom ones which I have had for years with no problems…side note, stick with the mega boom 1 over the 3…THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO IMPROVEMENT FROM THE 1 to the 3….I would also recommend refurbished over new because the 3 speakers I received new from Best Buy were garbage….
