This one is outstanding so far. Small and yet powerful. Equalizer is a nice option. Turning off remotely is great. Getting it to turn on has not been quite as easy! But working on it. Want to level up on next purchase!

The sound is decent overall, but nothing to write home about. Around the same time I got this speaker, I also purchased a refurbished JBL Xtreme 2, and to sum it up there was no contest. Now, I am by no means a picky audiophile, but I do know my electronics. The UE lacked in overall balance, tending to have a sound profile that was too "bright," treble heavy for my taste, and the bass was severely lacking in my opinion. As I said, this is not a bad speaker at all; I just expected more. Now the JBL Xtreme 2 is listed as retailing for about $300, but I believe the jump in quality of sound is well worth it. Plus, there are always sales on JBL products if you can hold out a bit and keep an eye on their website. I ended up returning this speaker in the end and keeping the JBL Xtreme 2, and haven't looked back. There are tons of options out there that are a better value than this UE speaker that are just as rugged and portable.

Just so you know this speaker does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech so if anything should happen to it down the road. Simply just visit the support page in order to file a claim!

Love this brand and the sound their speakers produce! Its not the deepest base, but its clear crisp audible sound from all directions, especially when your outdoors. A must for the beach or anywhere near water, this thing will stand a drop or 2 with ease.

I was looking forward to that as I had some older technology that I wanted to be able to plug into the speaker, however I was misled and that is not the case. This speaker only works with Bluetooth technology.
