Do not waste your $

Purchased it for my husband. It was never dropped, never actually tried it out in the water. He simply played some music for a little every day. 6 months into use it stopped turning off with the on/off button. Unable to perform a reset, too. Not responsive to any reset/off attempts. Just kept making the noise indicating it's trying to link to a device. We let it run out of battery. Took about 3 days of the device being on low power, still unable to turn it off, "critical battery, please charge" message repeated over, and over, and over... We had to wrap it in blankets and hide it in a closet in a different room to muffle it. This thing is possessed. Finally died, we thought maybe it reset itself, so we charged it to try. Turned out to be a mistake... no ability to turn it off (it would turn off for 3 seconds, then turn itself back on), again listening to the "critical battery" message for 3 days. Outside of return window... piece of trash
