At first I was quoted $5,000 for a theater sound system from Home pro and $3000 from geek squad. Then I was on Best Buy website and talk to some one in the customer service chat online and I explained to him what I needed and he recommended this system. So I bought it and I also bought a receiver and ceiling speakers on the side. So this arrived first, and I hooked it up, and with the sub, front sound bar and 2 back surround speakers was more than enough. The sub is heavy like a car speaker and it sounds great. I sent the ceiling speakers back and the receiver didn’t need it. This is all you need promise.

I’ve been really impressed with the Ultimea Skywave X70. The sound is huge and immersive — it honestly feels like having a small movie theater at home. The Dolby Atmos effect makes a big difference, especially in action movies and gaming. You can actually hear sounds moving around you, and the height effects add a cool sense of depth. The 10” subwoofer hits hard. The bass is deep and powerful without being muddy, and dialogue still comes through clearly. The surround speakers help fill the whole room with sound, so it doesn’t feel like everything is just coming from the front. For the price and the performance, I think it’s a great upgrade if you want strong, cinematic sound without going into a super complicated setup. Definitely worth it.

We purchased this sound system to go with our new 98 inch TV and we are NOT dissatisfied. So far the sound is great, hookup was easy and the wireless sub and rear speakers make placement a breeze. I especially liked the 10 inch subwoofer as it does the job, especially for movies that pack a punch (sound wise). This is absolutely the upgrade I wanted from my old Visio soundbar which was OK for the money we spent back then, but this was well worth the added $$$. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you purchase this sound system for your Home theater. The only limitation I see so far are limited eq adjustments but that may just be my stupidity as I am still getting to know all the features. However the standard “Voice, standard, game, cinema, etc” settings are fine unless you are a picky idiot like me who lives fine tuning stuff that probably really doesn’t need it. Great buy for the money. Very satisfied!

I've had a surround sound system that was 15 years old but it wasn't sounding right. A friend told me how he had the same thing a purchased a soundbar and loved it. So I did my research especially on YouTube and all the reviews singled out the Ultimea Skywave X70 at the best sounding for a reasonable price. So Best Buy had a great price and they always have great customer service. Ultimea had great instructions on the setup which helped me get all of the speakers working. One of the speakers light kept blinking I didn't know what that meant but the instructions clarified what it was and how to fix it which was simply move the speaker to the soundbar and it connected and then I was able to put it where I wanted it again and it stayed connected. What the Skyway X70 introduced me to was Doby Digital + sound which my old system couldn't do as fancy as it was but outdated. If the streaming service, which most of them have, broadcasts the highest quality sound this Skyway X70 delivers. Boy does it deliver. I had no idea what I was missing in sound especially the 4K videos and their highest quality of sound. Now I just have my wife telling me to turn it down. This is a fantastic system that is affordable, easy to setup, and blow you away with the quality of the sound.
