The code didn't work. Customer service suggested taking it to the store to see what I can do, as they cannot process returns for Sims. I just ordered another from the Ultra Mobile website for convenience. I later checked reviews and saw others have similar issues with online stock. You may have better luck in store.

The price is good based on the amount on it, but not if it has 1/2 the balance left on it and gets shut off.
