I ordered four and received the exact same character each time. The packaging clearly shows which figure is inside, and to make matters worse, they were shipped in bubble mailers, which caused the boxes to arrive crushed.

However, I received mine in a box way to large for the product with no bubble protection at all, so the box was caved in on one side and the figures we also dented.
