They claimed they aren’t associated with BestBuy. I was so disappointed. I returned battery. I had no choice.

The phone now holds a charge all day. Good thing Best Buy sells batteries because it’s hard to find a quality one online.

Purchased fromk Best Buy for my Iphone 8. The Best Buy website simply stated that this battery is for Iphone 8 so I bought it. I'm a Total Tech Member so I reached out to the Geek Squad for an appointment to have the new battery installed. I was informed that they won't install "after market" batteries even though it was purchased from them. I'll be returning this item...

No improvement in battery life

Unfortunately the battery life of the new battery is equivalent to my old 3 year old battery and it provided no improvement to my battery life. Ultimately this product is a disappointment and I would not recommend its purchase.

Don’t buy
