Another great Japanese Kaiju series form the 1960's.

The entire series from the 70;s. At least thats when i watched it on tv. If you like Godzilla movies you'll love this as well.

How could I not get this. I remember watching this show all through my youth.

I was so happy to purchase this set. It's from the creator of the original Godzilla! Classic episodes featuring the same voice actors from Speed Racer. The only problem I had was with the dvd packaging. The case is thick but the discs are in paper slips instead individual holdings. If you are a Godzilla or even an Ultraman fan, get this set to enjoy monster battles!

This is a typical Japanese sci fi / monster show produced in the 1960's. I remember watching it on TV in the metro Detroit area in the early 1980's. I bought this set and I am watching it with my teenage son. It has more comedic value watching it today. We enjoy turning the subtitles and comparing those with the actual dialogue. It adds another layer of humor. My overall rating was for enternainment value. The special effects, plot, and acting are what you would expect for this genre. All of the discs played fine so far. It was better than I expected considering the price.

A native Marylander, I remember having to hold on to the rabbit ears (with aluminum foil) to have to watch this series on DC Channel 20. Ultraman fought clones of Godzilla, Rodan, and Gamera. Had a lot of fun watching it and love re-living it now.

Running home to watch this, and other great Japanese tv shows, I'd pretend to be Ultraman. Battling othrr giant monsters with my friends.

I tried 2 different sets and neither would work on multiple DVD or Blue Ray players. Very disappointed
