Great campy fun that is still entertaining to watch!

This is a great steelbook. The colors are excellent

This is and or was a part of my childhood. Now I'm going to wait until my next surgery and binge watch the complete series.

Japans original giant superhero in his first series looks great in his debut on blueray. The folks at millcreek did a decent job in the hd dept to bring back all of the ‘60s giant monster fighting craziness we grew up watching as a kid. Sorry there’s no English dub as with their earlier dvd release but there’s only one word that you need to really know and that’s…”Shuwatch!”

This was priced at a good deal for this steelbook.

I am so happy this series is now available on discs, BUT 4 STAR RATE IS BECAUSE IT IS IN JAPANESE, watching subtitles makes it hard to pay attention to the show. I know when i was young & series was on tv it was ' dubbed on English ' . But i still get that good feeling when i see the man who turns into ultraman put up his arm and you see ultraman arrive & save the day. It is so easy to see ' small models used - trick photography especially when the monsters tear up buildings that come apart like paper. But brings back such great memories & still a loveable hero.

Brings back childhood memories. Steelbook is beautiful. No English. But subtitles are okay.

Compared to the regular release, the Steelbook is more compact, taking less shelf space. It comes with a clear plastic o-ring that goes around the Steelbook and a booklet. The booklet is not inside the Steelbook itself. The blu rays are stacked. At first it may be hard to remove the blu rays. I needed to squeeze together the 'teeth' that hold the discs in place a few times. It's then much easier to get the blu rays out.

Gorgeous steel book presentation. Beautiful artwork very cool ultra man info booklet and disc guide. These movie discs are the original tv series. Not for everyone’s tastes ultra is cool but also silly/campy.

One of my favorite series, from the action, characters and the interesting and sometimes rather morose plots. Ultraman has a wide range of themes and enjoyment that will leave an impression on anyone who watches.

All of the Ultra series steelbooks are amazing. High quality video, high quality steelbook, and each one comes with a booklet containing info about each episode, a picture of each monster, a bio for each main character and notable monster, etc... It's worth purchasing all of them.

When I was around 5 years old this would air Saturday mornings. My brother and I would watch it and then act it out taking turns playing Ultraman. The steelbook came in great condition. And at such a low price! I’m very happy.

Great! P.S. Best Buy you have got to stop hounding people to write reviews when they buy something. Its needy ex energy and it makes me wanna buy from Target.

The original Ultraman series. Considering how old the title is, picture quality is pretty solid. Two downsides: 1. No digital copy. 2. The storage of the discs can be awkward to pull out. Just work them a little and it will get easier.

a throwback to the cheesey godzilla style shows of the 1970's guys in big rubber suits being fighting robots fighting for the people of earth...gotta love it

I loved this show..the rest the ultraman line of shows and movies from classic to modern will be released in coming months from millcreek so kaiju collectors stay informed of all future release dates...picture and sound are great but steelbook just for collectors..

This was the perfect Christmas gift for my stepdad. Really pulled on his nostalgia. I got this from Best Buy because it was the best price and I looked everywhere!

Ultraman is basically all the fun of a godzilla sequel condensed into 20ish minute episodes, if you like classic japanese giant monster movies then you will enjoy this show.

This second series of ultraman is in color now. It set the stage for more traditional ultraman shows to come. Love the packaging and the show!

I used to look forward to seeing Ultraman after school everyday. Going back to the Godzilla era, I loved watching Ultraman fight the various monsters threatening to destroy the city. Brings back fond childhood memories.
