Awesome product!!! Y start already my collection of the Ultramans i did my new order: Ultraman Thank you Best Buy.

I skipped on buying the old Shout! DVD set because it was $50 when it was released. I'm glad I did! The Mill Creek Blu-Ray set is available right now for only half the price! The Steelbook is only a few dollars more, but it's a beautiful case! The only problem (to some people) is the case is thinner than the standard Blu-Ray set because the discs are stacked. The series itself is more adult in feel than the previous Ultraman TV series. Please note that Episode 12, "From a Planet With Love," is missing because it's a banned episode in Japan after it's initial Japanese broadcast. You could Google the episode, if you're curious. I've seen it on Dailymotion dubbed in English.

I love all the Ultraman spinoff and the Steelbooks are awesome especially for the price. The digital versions require a special app which can be quirky. Wish it was thru Movies Anywhere or Vudu

I always wrote these off as being Japanese Anime for some reason (to my own ignorance). Didn't realize that these were the original inspirations for shows like Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I would say that if you like TOHO era Godzilla, and the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, then give the Ultraman series a try! Some of these have different spin-offs of the original Q series through the course of the 60s-90s. And I believe they're still making them. Enjoyable! Recommend!

continuing in the giant footsteps of Ultraman’s departure comes Ultraseven! Who continues protecting earth from space invaders and giant monsters returning for beatdowns. I must say l like this guy even more than ultra especially for the fact that he has no 3 minute time limit for dispatching the problem and an even larger array of of neat weapons including a pouch of (useless) monsters that he pulls out to delay for time if needed. Great picture and sound quality by the folks at millcreek once again.

A very nice price for this collectible steelbook. Fun.

UltraSeven is an excellent UltraMan-related series. When I was young they showed Ultraman on a new local UHF channel. No one that I went to school with had ever heard of these superhero characters before. They quickly became very popular among kids. These episodes really take me back. You'll enjoy it if Godzilla, Gamalon, Ghodira, Mothra, etc are your kinda thing.

This is the 3rd series in the Ultra franchise. If you already like Ultraman, Ultraseven has more action and a cold war theme with more moral complexities in the narrative. You're bound to end up watching this one anyway if you were already an Ultra fan. There is gore in the show. It can be bloody but it's not realistic.

Ultraseven is third in the ultraman series. Like all the other ultraman shows, it is in Japanese with English subtitles. This time, the show has a more thoughtful and adult approach.

Compared to the regular release, the Steelbook is more compact, taking less shelf space. It comes with a clear plastic o-ring that goes around the Steelbook and a booklet. The booklet is not inside the Steelbook itself. The blu rays are stacked. At first it may be hard to remove the blu rays. I needed to squeeze together the 'teeth' that hold the discs in place a few times. It's then much easier to get the blu rays out.

Cool blue ray collection. If you like this kind of stuff get it. Complete 49 episode series. Excellent transfer clear video.

Anything to do with Kaijus is a must for me and at the insanely good price that this series is selling for it’s Something I would recommend for just about anybody

I've been waiting for this for a long time. One of my childhood heroes but unfortunately wasn't able to watch all the episodes but thanks to this blu ray set

Lots of great moments, the budget and effects might have been lacking at times, but your childhood imagination will fix that and then some.
