It’s a good bit of money so I was worried. After having it a week and the big hill I rode up I’m so excited that I got this. The look is beautiful and the ride could be a little smoother but all and all this is fantastic.

I bought it on a sale…and it worth every penny. Love my scooter!

Its got the weight limit i wanted, nice color, great construction, my only beef is charging time is LONG for the price and the kick stand is trash, the thing tips over in a strong breeze

Birthday gift for my college son to get around campus. Works great. Charges quickly, has two speed and gets you where you want to go. Easy to operate and assembly was a breeze. Easily folds for carrying.

terrible design handlebars come out often as very limited range can’t go very fast. It also is extremely shaky and extremely dangerous.

Unique one of a kind e-scooter with great design but lack some advance smart features. The range is adequate for this type of ultra light scooter and the punchy dual motors is rare in this class.

A little expensive but most definitely worth it. Good power, good battery, good weight. Superior to the $300-500 range scooters for sure

With in 10 months the battery is not holding up. Dont wast your money.

NYC Commuter Pros: - Awesome acceleration. With dual motor + speed setting @ 3 + unlocked to 20 MPH, this thing flies. The acceleration is top notch and I often beat other scooters, e-bikes off the launch. - Lightweight - One of the lightest scooters on the market at only 25lbs. Excellent for going up and down subway stairs or carrying around when needed. - Great Brakes! The electric brakes slow you down quickly when you are speeding around NYC at 18-20mph. - No Stress Tires - The tires aren't air-based so never have to worry about a flat. - Speed! You can easily push 18-19mph on straightaways or even small inclines. Goes up hills without any trouble. - Durability! I push this thing at high speeds through crazy NYC traffic. Road construction, sudden braking, jumping curbs, rain & puddles. It has a few scuffs but the ride quality has remained solid after nearly a year. - Folding! The thing folds and opens with ease. Never an issue and I'm off and into the subway in seconds. Cons: - Battery Life. Now given the lightweight nature & power you get, it's not surprising the battery on this thing drains quickly. Riding from Hells Kitchen to NYU area and back will drain the battery to empty. Basically, I can get to work and back on 1 charge. About 30-40 minutes of ride time. I tend to bring my charger with me to work so I can charge it back up before my ride back home. This cannot be used for deliveries or long rides. - Ride Comfort. This thing has no suspension and the tires ensure you feel everything on the road. For NYC roads, it took me a few weeks to get used to the bumpiness and my legs felt stiff after riding at high speeds. - Lighting. The front and back lighting is OK but not the best. Highly recommend wearing reflectors or another kind of lighting as the scooter lighting is not sufficient. - Inaccurate Battery Gauge. The battery will be showing half and then suddenly drop to empty. It also beeps obnoxiously once low. - No lock/theft protection. If wherever you are going doesn't allow you to stash your scooter there is no real way to lock up the unagi scooter safely. I have yet to find a lock for it on the market I trust. - Would I recommend it? It's an excellent scooter for short commutes that require you to carry the scooter into subway tunnels etc. If you need to keep your scooter at your desk or with you at restaurants etc this is the type of scooter you want. I can stash it under the restaurant chairs, corner of the gym lobby, etc. It fits under subway seats too.

Battery dies way too fast and it’s not durable. For the price is not worth it

We bought this 7 momths ago and it didnt feruch use until about 2 momths ago. It just broke in half going from the street onto the driveway. We dont do any crazy jumps or tricks on this. So disappinted. I would expect something thag costs this much momey to be more durable.
