The Unagi scooter is absolutely amazing! Instant torque with the dual motor and the fact that the body is made out of aluminum and carbon. The handle bar is such a great piece from the lcd screen to the magnesium finish.

I first purchased one and it showed E3 error message less than two weeks of riding. Exchanged for a second one and it showed E3 error message again without even being taken out for a ride once. Contacted Unagi myself and they shipped me a new one directly from their warehouse.

A cool looking scooter but you better hope you’re riding it on a smooth surface. Been using it in Chicago and I feel like I have a concussion every time after I use it. I have to slow down for every bump or I’ll go flying. Won’t be surprised if I get hurt using it.

This must be one of the greatest investments I have ever made. Parking around my neighborhood is tough, and I would use my car to go to places nearby. But with this Unagi scooter, I can easily (and enjoyably) go anywhere. This thing is fast, durable, and looks amazing. You'll definitely get compliments.

No screws to hold the handle bars in so I had to find them.

This scooter is amazing. it rides smoothly. I enjoy riding this with my friends it has different speed levels and it is so fun.I also love how it fold up for taking up less space. I definitely recommend this scooter.

What a fun scooter to get around with. My son loves it.

Super cute scooter but not the best performance. Love the size and how it looks. Always got the compliment every where. Love the weight. Very easy to bring to restaurants around the city. The dual mode really make it move fast from point to point in need, especially when you across the red right. Not fast for a distance run. It only goes 16-17 mph max. The battery die out way too quick. I’m only 120lbs and this scooter only got me around 5-6 miles before it died, and it wasn’t even on the dual mode. It didn’t have the shock absorb either. I felt everything. It broke on me after 40 days of lightly using it, less than 50 miles. The scooter would just die every 30 secs and the break wouldn’t work, yes right after you speed up. Sometimes the scooter would speed up itself with of course no break. The customer service was nice enough to give me new one right away. So far the replacement is still working fine, we’ll see. In conclusion, for the people that are looking for the performance may not like it, but for me this scooter answer my needs. I can’t walk everywhere with bulky heavy scooter that hit things. I can put both scooter in my car easily, either the trunk or back seat. I like to look different and this scooter looks is really stand out. It looks luxury and that’s what I compromise with some performance.
