    You get more then what you pay for. This is a very nice fryer. It is not the biggest in the world but it is a good size for a family. The cover keeps the splatters down to a minimum and the heat adjustment actually works better then items that cost much more. This is well built, easy to clean and does a great job, all at a fantastic price.

    I am overall very please with it. This deep fryer has been a great add-on to my experience as a home chef. I love to cook and this brings more joy to the experience. I would definitely tell anyone out there looking for a deep fryer to buy this one. For the price it is excellent. cleaning is simple, and little maintenance.

    My wife loves making Puerto Rican pastelillos (empanadas) filled with beer seasoned chicken, ground beef, or cheddar cheese. The cook perfectly. A must have in any home, particularly where latin foods are welcomed.

    This was one of the few fryers with a stainless tub, instead of the coated or painted ones that can be poisonous when heated to high temp.

    It was a good value for first 2 uses. I cleaned and stored the unit properly. When I went to use it for 3rd time it does not turn on. It is just dead. Tried several outlets and they work fine but fryer is not turning on. Tried to find company website to trouble shoot but was unable to. If it didn't stop working it was great for small batch cooking.
