This is a great TV for a small bedroom. Picture is amazing and sound is pretty good as well. The roku feature is great as well. The remote is a roku remote with some extras like volume control. Its nothing special but it's fine. Other than the remote, the TV is definitely a must have and would recommend it to everyone.

Overall this is a great tv for the price! Good quality in the picture, easy to use!

I absolutely LOVE these tvs, they are so nice to have. Purchased 3 of them after a break in where both my tvs and my Roku players were taken, was so nice to not have to worry about the boxes anymore, they connect to my phone for the Roku app (we lost all 3 remotes the first week), they stream flawlessly and the layout is easy to follow even for new Roku users.

The Good It was very easy to set up and associate my external devices with the TV. It's nice that it has 3 HDMI ports. The main menu makes it easy to switch between devices. I really like the built in Roku feature. I like that I can shut the Roku off, when the TV shuts off. It has a good picture. The Bad It has a Roku remote. Meaning, there isn't a number pad or previous channel buttons. There isn't a feature to add a channel in the menu, after the channel scan. The sound isn't great. I had some old computer speakers with a sub-woofer. I plugged those into the earphone jack on the side and now have decent sound. The Mute button is in an odd place for my hand. I keep muting the sound when I pick up the remote. I have this TV in my bedroom. I don't need a TV that can tap dance for the bedroom. I just need a good stable TV. The good features outweigh the bad, in my opinion.

I bought this for my sexagenarian parents to have in their bedroom. It was a great deal. It was priced the same as the Samsung Model that was 32", but had way more features. The one feature in particular I like is the ability to connect bluetooth headphones so that you can watch the TV at night without disturbing your bedmate. The setup was a little more difficult than I thought it would be, and as an engineer I am very proficient in dealing with electronic equipment. THE BIG DRAWBACK ABOUT THIS TV IS THE REMOTE. It is a Roku remote that is tiny and hard to understand according to my parents. I was under the impression it also came with the Roku service, but I couldn't figure it out. When I went back to the store to ask an associate nobody could give me an answer. I haven't got to check out the HD abilities of the TV so I can't comment on that (even though that's probably the most important aspect). All in all it is a good TV so far, at a reasonable price point, but older technology troglodytes may have trouble with the user interface portion. Three stars, not real good but not bad.

This was simple and straight forward to set up. The options were clear and easy to access. The remote was simple to set up and attach to my other devices, making it universal. Highly recommend this as a very good mid-sized television.

When I decided to purchase a tv for bedroom I knew one of the brands I was going to check out was Insignia since I have purchased one for the living room. I had to have a Tv-DVD combo. Just like before I am very pleased with the quality, style and price of insignia. The only reason I didn't give it a five is cause am a Netflix junky and it acts up really bad on it. The shows buffer, black out, and the Netflix layout is different , I don't like that at all. In fact the same thing happens when I watch Hulu. I don't know if it's had something to do with this tv specifically, the size (32'), or that it is a tv-DVD model, because the tv in the living room doesn't give me such problem, ever! (It is not a DVD-tv combo). The DVD part is no problem, I watch all my favorite movies and more... Still, this tv is great for the price and insignia is a very good brand.

Nice TV with good picture quality and wifi speed is sufficient. I've become a big Roku fan. Pretty easy setup. Setup can get a bit tedious if you are needing to sign into lots of channels using your satelite or cable provider but worth the time. This is great for bedroom, your kids, basement ,or even a garage TV where you have wifi but no cable outlets.

Smart TV's are the way to go when using internet based programs such as Netflix or Hulu. I had been using a "ROKU" device before but no need for it or a gaming device when using smart TV's and this Insignia TV works great! Perfect size for the living room in my studio apartment.

I got an open box special - never purchased an Insignia TV before, but the price was so good, I felt like it was worth the risk. The TV was relatively easy to set up and I really know very minimal about setting up electronics. Great picture for the price, nice color. Great purchase!
