Great for notifications

It gently vibrates to let me know I've gotten a text, phone call, or any other reminder I've set up. I am disappointed in the fitness aspect of it. It's built in heart rate sensor does not work good at all so I purchased the Polar H7 Bluetooth chest strap to pair with the watch. The app for the fitness component could also be better. I'm using the Polar app instead. I would recommend this watch as a cool gadget if you are not wanting it primarily for fitness. If you are, I would recommend you research the Fitbit, Garmin, or Polar watches.
