Much easier then having to walk around with my phone in my hand I can easily leave it in my purse or my pocket and tend to my business using this watch. Also great for keeping track of my workouts and motivates you to get up and walk. Watch is also very customizable. The band is a little thick to my liking but it is very comfortable.

I love the watch; easy to use, great for tracking activities, love checking my heart rate during workouts and it does help keep me on track with achieving my daily activity goals!!! Well worth the money .
