WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Tried many times calling Best Buy and Best Buy customer service, but got no HELP! Best Buy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I still haven't gotten a refund nor did I receive a new replacement. I would never purchase from Best Buy again!

First problem was one of the screws stripped when tightening it. Second problem was both legs were the same so it was impossible to put together and had to be returned. Best Buy was great about it and issued a refund to my card with no problem.

Instructions referred to parts different from page to page. The metal front was not balanced and stripped out. We wasted 200.00 on this product!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!
