Bought this monitor arm for my wife's home office now that she works from home part time. This was very easy to set up, and took only a few minutes. I had to adjust the tension of the arm to have it stay in the formation that we wanted, but that was not difficult at all. We are using the clamp for now, to prevent drilling a hole in the desk top and the clamp seems perfectly suitable to hold the monitor. So far it is staying put and seems solid. We also felt the price was right and was worth the expense, not only make the monitor eye level for her, but also to free up desk space that she needs for her job. We would definitely recommend this product.

Easy to setup , instructions accurate , still use it with no problems till this day

did not fit my monitor, instructions were poor, is not stable unless you drill a hole through your desk for the second installation option. when i went into best buy they seemed to know nothing about the monitor they sold me and seemed that they wanted nothing to do with helping me or even directing me somewhere that i could be helped whether it was a more knowledgeable employee or a different store. the only reason this gets a second star is because it was relatively cheap and had more than one option for installation

I have this holding up a leg ultra wide 34” and it does a pretty good job even though it’s not rated for it. There’s a little wobble but I am happy overall

It wasn’t the best mounting arm I’ve gotten from them but it’s usb features were what I liked most about this arm.

Let the arm but the instructions are lacking for info. Had to go to the website to find out how to adjust it.

Works pretty well. Holds in place. It did start drooping once but I just had to tighten the bolt to fix.

I wasn't sure this would do what I needed it to do which is give me an up facing monitor almost like a table but it does. I did add some weight to my monitor since they are so light now and it made the function smoother. Very cool gadget

Works as expected, easy to install, moves easily with a few tweaks for weight balance. That is expected. The 2 USB ports are unique and are an extra benefit when needed.

I had no clue the mount has 2 through ports! What an amazing surprise. Great product. Came 2 days earlier than shipping estimate. Thoroughly happy.

Used this to mount my 32 inch LG Screen vertically so I can monitor my HomeKit security screen.

Very versatile. Easy to set up and use. Would recomend.

4 star only because sometimes if the monitor gets bumped it tilts down and takes a bit to get it to hold straight up and down cant tighten anything to make it stay monitor is max at 27 inches and it weighs 14 pounds witch is under the limit for this arm but it wont hold it sometimes

Nice that it has 2 usb ports at the base and an internal structure srt up to hide the cords but I purchased this to be able to easily adjust and reposition the screen. It not only does not easily move, I couldn't make any of the position adjustments shown on the box even after looking on the mfgr's website and elsewhere online for some sort of instructions. Very underwhelmed and dissapointed.

Perfect addition as a duel computer monitor screen!

Generally, it gives more headache then space solutions. People who built it don't know much about computer tables with metal frames - the fixture is not ideal for these tables at all (for majority of computer tables in that case). Biggest problem - it can't hold 25" (about 10 lbs) monitor no matter how tight you fixing it. I like 2 USB outlets, but main purpose of that thing is to hold monitor which it fails to do. In short, manufacturer gave wrong description to the product.
