One of the better games I've played in a long time. The game is very easy to learn to play and the graphics are amazing. The storly line is great and there are plenty of added featured throughout the game. Treasure hunting, puzzles, using rewards you obtain via completing various tasks etc. I'm a big RPG fan and while this doesn't fit that genre the game was great and a good one to have in my collection. Must play for anyone with a PS3. I rarely play games twice through, but I'll be playing this one on each difficulty setting.

at first i was undecided between getting FEAR or uncharted/im glad i went with this game itz tha best i played so far. graffics 9.0 story line 9.0 overall game 5 stars. i think this is a little better than assassin creed in my opinion NEWAY. ITZ A MUST HAV & U WILL PLAY IT OVER & OVER. BUY BUY BUY U WILL B SATISFIED. DEY SAY ITZ SHORT BUT TRUST ME ITZ NOT/THEIR IZ A HUGE MAJOR TWIST N THIS GAME. THIS GAME WILL SHOW U THAT PS3 IS THE BEST CONSOLE OUT. DONT JUDGE IT BY ITZ COVER B/C U WILL B MISSING OUT

The story in this game is excellent. Not only is it a well written story, the cut scenes are very well done. The game is gorgeous to look at. Especially if you are using an HD screen. The game play has some excellent platforming parts mixed with some OK shooter sections. The shooting part I believe could have used some more work but, It's still fun. The game even has its own achievements type of system which lets you unlock some bonus content. This adds a lot of replay too the game which is very good. The game is kind of on the short side. If you were a fan of Naughty Dog's previous games don't worry about the more adult theme. This game still has some similarities to their previous games and a lot of their same humor. This is one of my favorite next-gen adventure games and one of the best games for the PS3.

I bought this game about 1 year ago and I must say it is my favorite PS3 game of all time. The graphics are incredible, the game looks amazing. The story is a big plus and you will want to finish it because it is so fun and interesting. There are lots of trophies and collectibles that will bring you back many times to play again and again even after you beat the game. There are many variations of guns and beating the guys is very fun too. If you own a PS3 you have to own this game.

Let me start by saying that Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is one game that is worth playing. It is, as many have said before, a mixture of Tomb Raider and Gears of War (however, better than any Tomb Raider game I've ever played). 1-Graphics: the graphics in this game are superb. They are some of the best on the market. An example, the beautiful foliage that moves when you pass through it, the very well made characters, etc. However, what caught my attention the most was the water in the game. The water is simply radiant. It has reflections, ripples, splashes (the splashes were all right, but didn't really fit in well). Something that I found great was that if you shoot a reflection in the water, the reflection ripples. What I thought was an excellent touch as well, was the way Drake's clothes get wet when you enter the water. I thought that was a great touch. 2-Gameplay: the gameplay, while good, isn't something we've never seen before. It is very remeniscent of Gears of War's cover system and blind fire shooting. Aside from that the game's gameplay is very easy to learn and fun. Throughout the game you will find various enemies, from pirates, mercenaries and something bizarre near the end, but I don't want to spoil it for you. For the most of the game, the gameplay will alternate in between jumping from ledge to ledge, swimming, solving a few puzzles and shooting stuff. But mostly shooting stuff. 3-Lasting Appeal: Uncharted is a great game the first time through, but not that challenging. This is no problem, since when you beat it on hard you unlock crushing mode (which IS crushing). Also there are various unlocks like infinite ammo and weapon selection that are unlocked by finding treasures or something like making 10 headshots. The lack of multiplayer is a downside since it would have helped to extend the game's longevity, but you can't always get what you want.

so i bought this game not expecting much. the games i was really looking for kinda let me down, like assins creed and eye of judgement. after playing the first level of this game i was hooked. humor was mixed in with a action movie feel and a puzzle solving polatformer that blended together very smoothly. levels were greately detailed and gameplay is just down right fun. one downside is swimming looks a little weird and the game doesnt look that great (as expexted on non-hdtvs)

I purchased this game about 6 months ago and have beaten it. the story in the game will keep you wanting to play on and on just to see what will happen next. I couldn't ask for a better story in a game. the graphics in this game are cool, on par with heavenly sword if not better. the gameplay is awesome as well, its like playing any other third person next generation shooter. I was able to beat this game in about 10 to 12 hours of actual gameplay. leaving you to want more, from the game. I am hoping they make a part 2 to this game. I highly reccomend this game to anyone who likes exploring, puzzle solving, and straight up fire fights. You won't be dissapointed in the purchase of this game even though it is a little on the short side.

Uncharted: Drakes Fortune brings out whole new ideas in what is found in today's videogaming world. Uncharted maybe different from most games but it certainly deserves more than enough credit to stand up to more known titles. Uncharted will keep you hooked with its very diverse and historic storyline and the graphics and gameplay will just blow you away. So gamers looking for something out of the box, Uncharted will definetley fill your gaming appetite.

I went to buy that assassins creed and ended up going home with this game. I think I made the right choice. This game has a great story line. The graffics are perfect and very detailed. There are more aspects then just shooting people. After I beat it, I then started all over on a harder difficulty. Its just as fun as it was the first time I went through it. I recomend this game to anyone who owns a PS3.

This was the second game I bought for my 60 gig PS3. I was blown away with the way the game played, graphics, sound, etc. I beat the game before Sony decided to add trophies. Naturally, I popped it back in and decided to unlock them. Long story short, I have not been been able to put this game down - even after getting the coveted Platinum trophy. Get this game!

I just beat it like last week (I feel like THE BIGGEST JACK A** in the world because I should Have gotten Uncharted Drakes Fortune SOONER WAY SOONER)Everything is GREAT BETTER THAN GREAT THE BEST OF THE BEST.GET THIS GAME. if you already have it GO PLAY IT AGAIN.IF U DONT HAVE A PS3 GO GET 1 GET THIS GAME UNCHARTED DRAKES FORTUNE AND THEN GET UNCHARTED 2 NOW! Usually I would go into detail when i do a review about game explaining what I liked and what I did not like this and that BUT with UNCHARTED all I Have to say it is a MASTERPIECE

This is the best PS3 game i've played so far and i've played all the major ones. Very addicting gameplay and great storyline. Graphics are amazing in HD. Gameplay reminds me of God of War with the style of play. Storyline reminds me of National Treasure. So if you like either of those, you'll probably love this game. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

All around great game and shooter!!! The game within a game is finding hidden treasures scattered about. This forces you explore every nook and cranny of the gorgeous sceneries! AI is smart, good weapon choices, and great story line. One question though; how did a German U-boat end up in the middle of a jungle??? Play the game to find out!!!

Uncharted is undeniably fun and the graphics are some of the best for any console. The great thing about uncharted is the selection of weapons, because there is never a weapon that you won't want to use, which gives you variety. Overall an EXCITING, FUN, and DAZZLING GRAPHICS, make for another amazing PS3 exclusive.

Breath of fresh air game from all the shooter games out there. The story is good and and gameplay is fast so I guarantee you won't get bored. Eventhough the battles you have with enemies is repetitive in style (duck for cover and shoot) it doesn't get boring. Its like an Indiana Jones thrill ride. Pick it up and have fun.

This game is a launch title that still can go with the best of them now. Uncharted is a great game and though it hasn't gone down in price yet, there's a reason for it. It's just that good, people are still willing to pay full price. It's a unique gaming experience unlike most else of what's out there.

this game is absolutely superb. even though there are many places where you find yourself killing one too many bad guys. nate drake is kinda like bruce willis's john macclane from die hard. hes cocky, hes a normal guy, and he gets the job done-barely. the graphics are great and the controls(a little loose at times) are still pretty good. this game really reminded of tom raider and indiana jones, i dont know if thats good or bad. but the game that it mostly represents is gears of war. the only way you will survive in the journey is to use you enviroment. the puzzles are ok but can get boring if your impatient. the characters are funny and one of the main villains (eddie) is surprisingly likeable. every sequence from puzzle solving to shooting a turrent to dialouge is so well done. but if your looking for a story that is completely realistic, then the twists near the end might through you off a little bit. but overall, this is a near perfect game thats looks and feels amazing and is fun from start to finish.

THIS GAME IS AWSOME , NATHAN IS A GREAT CHARACTER THAT REALLY HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL TO BE THE NEXT BIG ACTION HERO ..... THE GAMEPLAY IS VERY GOOD AND THE STORY IS GREAT ..... OVERALL I WOULD RATE IT 9 OUT OF 10 ONLY BECAUSE I WANTED LIKE SIX HOURS MORE OF GAMEPLAY AND BETTER UNLOCKABLES

Even though the game is kinda short it does not stop you from being sucked into the storyline and want to play more. The game has amazing graphics.. stunning water and jungle scenery.. I definitely hope they make a second game.. until then i will be playing this trying to beat it 100%

As one of the greatest games released on the PS3. It definitely set the standard for all games. It brought things to the next level. Visually breaktaking, graphics, details and the voice overs was great. Not to mention the storyline is really good. Def a can't miss!
