A Great Movie. A Must Have for Any Movie Collection.

A funny and kind of classic John Candy comedy movie.

Classic and very funny. It's movie you could watch over and over again and never get bored. Fast delivery.

Who can't appreciate John Candy's talent when it comes to Humor! He, again, portrays a loveable working class character, making the best of whatever happens. Called in to house and babysit for relatives, he tries to balance those demands with his own bacheloresque freewheeling life style. Handling a rebellious teenage niece and her 'in your face' attitude draws him into scenarios involving the 'jerk' she is dating and her retaliation - including 'messing with his romance'. Comedic situations all the way through combined with 'old fashioned family duties' - a good combo for an interesting script!

A fantastic classic John Hughes movies. John Candy is great as always.

What's there not to like. Your desperate for a baby sitter so you call your single brother in law, reluctantly. Little does he know, he becomes a teacher of life to a teenager who thinks everything he does is wrong and a younger child who thinks he's a hoot. Feel Good Show. Family show for sure. In real life, John Candy would be the perfect Uncle Buck.

If you love a good comedy, this is the perfect movie! Sure it has a bit of "sappy" story line but John Candy is great as Uncle Buck! The adventures of suburban life are brought to light in that great story line! Love all of the laughs and you will really enjoy the ending! Great movie for your collection!

First off, I like the movie Uncle Buck. I never bought it on DVD, so when I saw for five dollars on Blu-ray, had to get it. There's not a lot to this disk, which is why I gave it a four instead of five. And that's be expected, after all it's a old movie with that a lot of extras lying around. But the video does look very good. And as for the audio, it's only 2.0, which works out well since that's how it was recorded I believe. I think that if you're a fan of this film, that you will enjoy seeing it in this Blu-ray version.

This blu-ray edition is the best home video release of Uncle Buck. Sometimes the image loses a bit of definition and the colors aren’t always crisp, but the overall viewing and listening experience is very good. Recommended.

This movie is a hilarious classic starring funnyman John Candy. If you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and watch it now! My whole family enjoyed this, and the kids were excited to see "Kevin" from Home Alone : )

Not going to say much about the movie other than it’s a classic and it’s a movie you can enjoy with family. I upgraded from dvd to blue ray and they did a good job making the picture better. I enjoyed watching Uncle Buck in HD

U B is funny. I enjoyed it from beginning to end. My favorite part is when he hits the golf balls at "The Bug" The little girl that plays Mazzie is cute to. She does a really good job

This is one of John Candy's best films in his hay day. The movie is very funny and it has a good moral to families. It's a shame he is no longer with us. So, you should pick up this flick and remember John Candy as one of the great comedianstate of our time!

Absolutely LOVE Jim Candy and Uncle Buck is, by far, one of my favorite characters. Plus, it’s a John Hughes movie. I don’t want to know you if you don’t like either of these Johns.

This movie is a classic, my grandparents told me about this movie when I was younger and I've loved it ever since. John candy is hilarious, the whole cast does a great job, but it is a John Hughes movie so not really sure who to give credit to.

Another great 80's movie, actually I think was an early 90's movie, but either way it's great to have this on Blue Ray. Great conversion to the higher quality, the picture looks amazing! Great John Hughes film set in Chicago... A must have on Blue Ray!

This has to be one of the best John Candy movies and one of my top ten comedy movies. Many surprise actors in this and a real treasure to add to your collection.

All time favorite. John Candy reminds me of my brother who passed away in 2009. It's funny, corny and serious all in one.
