The installers from Magestic installed it, but the fan didn’t work the first time, so they had to take it out and reinstall it. Only a very small crack in paint/cabinet next to it.

I purchased appliances that were delivered in September and October. This included a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove hood/vent. There were many problems with the delivery schedules and when they were finally delivered- the refrigerator was damaged. Little did I know that the dishwasher was damaged as well, but I will get to that later. After dealing with construction and permit delays my kitchen was finally installed and Best Buy was contacted again to do the install in December. My scheduled date was Monday, January 23. I waited for the installers but they never showed. After I contacted Best Buy they told me that the installer could not find parking, took a picture and left. My building has a loading dock and I had arranged for them to park there. Anyway, I could not wait any longer so I went ahead and did the installs myself. The second fridge was fine, luckily. The hood was ok but I was missing parts that Best Buy did not tell me I would need. The surprise was the dishwasher which looked perfect but when it was hooker up is started a 2 hour cycle and after 20 mins the circuit breaker popped. I checked for leaks, re-checked the electrical connection and everything was fine, so I reset the breaker and hit continue on the dishwasher. It ran for another 10 mins and popped the breaker again. This time I unhooked everything and lifted the dishwasher up very high to check the connections and discover that the unit was damaged underneath- the plastic frame was cracked, the access cover was pushed in, and on closer inspection the side cover was bent. I contacted Best Buy and I was told I was out of the return/exchange period and have to have a technician come out to look at the appliance. 2 out of 3 appliances damaged and installation that doesn’t show up. Very disappointed with Best Buy and I have been an elite customer for many years

The product was wonderful! The contractors came out and installed it very quickly and removed the old one.

Same installer and did a great job. They work fast and perfect results.

We needed the upgrade. After 22 years of having the standard white that the general contractor provided, it was time to modernize the feel and look of the home. Tile and cabinet upgrade coming soon! Lol

Had for about 6 months love it goes with New counter top and the rest of my black stainless Samsung appliances

A complaint has been filed and as of now ( 2 weeks later) it has not been resolved. I am a total tech member and requested a free installation of my over the range hood purchased from Best Buy. The range was installed by one of the Best Buy contractors. The contractors were very nice but they installed the range hood incorrectly and it did not pass city inspections. Flammable flex ducting was used and a fire hazard was creating with the electrical connection that was set up. I was unable to schedule a corrective install with Best Buy (no availabilities for a month) and was forced to bring in another installer last minute which i had to pay for out of pocket. It cost me $500 for parts and labor and I have not been refunded.

My hood was not connected to the venti. Tried to contact but no anwser. Check and verify carefully before the technician leaves.

I didn't have enough room for a microwave so l got the range hood

Installers didn't even open the Installation Guide package. Instead they screwed the hood to the cabinets sides which damaged the cabinet and also didn't hold the hood in place. I had to get someone with a clue to reinstall. Best Buy needs to vet their contractors instead of hiring anyone with a van.

Do not buy. We had service people come out several times in 2018. You push the light button and the fan would turn on full blast and would not cut off. Now 2022 woke up and the face plate has fallen off. Do not buy

Installer did a poor job on the first install. The. Appliance was also damaged and needed to be reordered

We bought a range hood through Best Buy Danbury store and one week after installation through Best Buy, it is barely holding on by one screw. Terrible installation.

When steam comes out from microwave the steam stains the frame and you could not remove the steam stain

Installer did not have proper tools or knowledge to complete the job. Returned hood to store for credit.

I really like my under-hood fan. It really is a very nice product. I like that I have 3 speeds for the fan and 2 settings for the lights. The lights are nice and bright. The fan is a little louder than I originally expected, however, it still isn't as loud as my previous fan. I find that I don't have to run the fan at its highest setting to do the job.

Very nice looking and functional hood. It has nice lighting and the fan works well.
