Great movie series! Love the artwork on the steelbook!

This movie, in a lot of ways has things that really work well in it's favor. It builds upon it's established lore, and for the most part you feel that there's a bigger "world" then just vampires in New York. But, by the third act things REALLY just fall apart. And while I won't spoil the ending, I REALLY got a sense that the team behind the film essentially ran out of money. The ending has no climax, no pay off, and a god awful sequel setup that just feels so undeserved. I actually like the Underworld films, despite them not being great movies. This though, is just bad and should be avoided.
