Good price, good features, a few issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good price, good features but a few issue, there is no technical support it's like a battle trying to reach the right department on Uniden, the radio itself offers good features but the manual does not help you on How to use them. When the radio is on standby it keeps on searching for signal and making the static noise all the time, and some channels you need a special permission to use, which they don't tell you when they advertise the amount of channels you are getting.

vox does not work, follow manual exactly, failed

Salesperson tried to set it up for hands free use.... vox.... does not work despite following instructions exactly. I tried to program it too.... simply does not work according to its own instructions. Also, earphone bracket is extremely flimsey.
