The Geek Squad mounted our new 75 inch Samsung television with a pull out mount and we absolutely love it. As has been our consistent experience the Geek Squad geeks were professional, friendly, did great work, demonstrated how to use the mount and just great guys. We love the Geek Squad!

The geek squad installed my new tv 5 years ago so I figured why not have them uninstall it. The team that removed the large tv from my wall was friendly fast and efficient. I would use the again.

The Geek Squad installer did an excellent job on my install, clean up and consultation. It was work the money.

The geek squad employee that came to install was amazing. He was very knowledgeable. He also called ahead of time to ask what the wall was made of and informed me that he could only install tilt mounts (different Best Buy employee on phone did not mention this when I booked my appointment and bought a full rotation mount therefore I had a mount that Best Buy was not allowed to install since my wall was plaster). Geek squad installer brought a tilt mount with him and installed that one on the spot. Geek squad installer was amazing. Best Buy needs to work on ensuring the reps that handle sales are as knowledgeable as their installers.

Sold my house and scheduled an appointment with the geek squad. Nice and easy came home and both 86 in tvs were off the wall along with all my speakers and stereo equipment. In a nice neat area all ready for me to box up for the move. In a couple of months they get to put back up in the new house.

The two young men came on time and went right to work taking my tv down to replace bracket. It wasn't going to be a good install with my wall, so they put the tv back on the old bracket. They said for me to return the new bracket. I told them they could have the bracket. To my surprise, they returned the bracket and credited my account! It was a complete surprise, but what a nice thing for them to have done! I am very happy with them and the Geek Squad! Yay!
