Amazing job

Geek squad install appointment

It wasn't going to be a good install with my wall, so they put the tv back on the old bracket. They said for me to return the new bracket. I told them they could have the bracket. To my surprise, they returned the bracket and credited my account! It was a complete surprise, but what a nice thing for them to have done! I am very happy with them and the Geek Squad! Yay!

Easy and reasonable with membership

I was complaining about how much it cost and I was told if I'm a member I should get a better price. Somehow my membership is wacky and I saved almost 100$. I have two rebates available, but sine I called to get my correct pricing on multiple purchases it's like pulling teeth. Make it so when I call in they can see my purchases. Great job uninstalling
